Returns & Exchanges

At Sabre Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flatware and tableware. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original Sabre packaging and inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package and attach the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
